Radhakrishnan Hari Krishnan is a law clerk at Corporate Securities Legal LLP. His work focuses on complex corporate and securities matters, including private placements, mergers and acquisitions, proxy filings, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and international arbitration.
Prior to joining Corporate Securities Legal LLP, Mr. Hari Krishnan gained diverse experience through internships with leading law firms, senior counsel, and judges in India. His work spanned capital markets, arbitration of bilateral investment treaties, intellectual property disputes involving NFTs, securities regulation, insolvency, and litigation. He also served as a judicial intern to Hon’ble Justice T.S. Sivagnanam at the Calcutta High Court, assisting the Tax Bench with research and authoring a paper on multi-tiered arbitration.
Mr. Hari Krishnan earned his LL.M. from UCLA School of Law, where he specialized in business law under the securities regulation track and graduated in the top 10% of his class. At UCLA, he was awarded the Dean’s Tuition Fellowship and served as the LL.M. Representative for the Business Law Association. He also worked as a research assistant to Professor Fernán Restrepo, contributing to projects on the Corporate Opportunities Doctrine and proxy filings.
He holds an LL.B. from Symbiosis Law School, Symbiosis International (Deemed) University, where he was a four-time moot court participant, including the International Maritime Law Arbitration Moot. He also holds a B.Sc. (Honors) in Economics from Symbiosis School of Economics and has completed a Diploma in Corporate Laws and a Certificate in Asian Legal Studies.
