William L. Horn is a transactional attorney with experience representing registered investment companies and private companies. Mr. Horn is a member in good standing of the California State Bar.
Mr. Horn began his legal career at Dechert LLP as a member of the firm’s financial services group, focusing his practice on financial services and investment management matters. Mr. Horn regularly advised U.S.-registered investment companies, their investment advisers and related financial services firms on regulatory, compliance and business matters. Mr. Horn also advised boards of directors/trustees of U.S.-registered investment companies on fund governance and fiduciary oversight matters. Mr. Horn also gained experience on a wide variety of formation, governance, compliance and transactional matters relating to domestic and international private funds.
